Here are some pointers for you.  If you are gonna have a menu bar at the top of the page make sure it is one line.  It doesn't look right with one of the items under the rest.

The same goes for the pictures.  It just does not look right with one pic under the rest.  The black around the pics detracts from the website.

The slide show on your website runs fairly slow and my comp is not the slowest on the planet.  Web users are pretty picky when they are looking for things.  If things load slowly for me I usually leave the page. 

I am giving suggestions of what you can do to improve the look of your website to ensure people enjoy their time there
