That's probably because your name took up two lines. Just adjust the HEIGHT value of the iframe.

I know I can add a transparent image, but can I make your background transparent? Is there a code that can be added to do that?

I tried to send one to myself as well but nothing has happened yet.

I was trying for it to look like the picture I attached.  Not sure though if it will actually be an improvement though. 

I'm not sure when the widget became available but I read about it on the InterNACHI board.

Use spaces in place of your company name. You can add a few lines worth to push the rest of the widget down (then increase the height in the widget code).

There is a file size limit. I think I set it to 50k which should be more than enough. Click the ? to see the exact dimensions needed. Technically you could make it taller and balance by adjusting the iframe height to match.
