TOPIC: Editing home page

trying to edit my home page , can edit other pages and submenu, but not the home page . I have seen all  tutotials still not that smart! What should I be doing to correct this predominating malsdjustment?

Right click o nthe page, hold shift and click refresh. Your browser is storing an old copy of the page. This forces it to update.

Right clic and what I get is " Page Not Found". Perhaps I deleted something?

Can you click on your home page in the side menu? It so, edit the page, copy the URL like home-inspector-home.html , go to Site Information and paste it into the bottom field. The site has to know what your home page's name is.

HOME on left side takes me to "cannot display the website", HOME on top takes me to a home page that I must log into and is not the same home page as when I am already login. When I login again it takes me right back where I started. If I go to any other menu item on the left everything works fine , just HOME PAGE. Why am I going in a circle?

I sure I'm glad someone else had this problem and posted.  Right click, shift, refresh worked great for me.  I had been unable to edit some but not all of my pages.  Sometimes though when I'd let go of the shift/right click it would highlight text but not give the refresh option.  Not sure which one now but try letting go of one button first.  If that doesnt work try the other.
