TOPIC: Add documents

In program files there is client data, data, lib, help, client reports, uninstall, home inspector pro, upload report

Ok all of that should all be INSIDE the Home Inspector Pro folder. Is it? Also, try shutting down and restarting and run the program again just in case something is stuck open.

Yes they are inside the inspector pro folder. I will shut down and restart and see if that helps. I'll let you know.

No luck, I can't open any of he templates. What I get is the client info page with File, Edit, Internet, Report Settings, About. I still have my list of Realtors and their info and the reports are listed but when I try to open a file all I get is the client info page.

I have gone throught the folder and everything is still there data, client data, etc. it just won't pull up when I want to do a report.
