TOPIC: Two pet peeves, a problem, and a question for Dom

Well, first I'll ask about the two pet peeves, don't know if this is fixable or not, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. Just below my header image were the Header text block is is a space, just a little one, like 3 pixels tall, that make either the header look to small or image below to small. I dunno, it just looks weird, so I ask if there is anything that can be done about that.

The second pet peeve is the "Book an Inspection" page. Because the fillout text fields are so large it pushes my graphics, text, and everything else on the right side off the page. Anything I can do about shortening them?

And now the problem, for some reason on my page the first page comes up with "Page not found" but if I click home, the content appears. It only happens when I just type in the normal url address. Not sure how to fix this.

Oh, and last but not least, I signed up for the report upload service a few days back, but have heard no word, email or seen anything to indicate I did. Did you receive my request, Dom? Or did I somehow batch that up as well. lol

Nevermind about the problem, I just realized I accidentally deleted a letter on the site information page which threw it off. So that's fixed.

The upload service works through Home Inspector Pro since you have it. Just go to Internet->Upload Report. On our main page here, click on My Account->Reports, enable reports , add your website address and people will be redirected to your website.

You can edit the book an inspection form as much as you want. Check out the written tutorial on the message board here. Or just click edit, edit the fields and shorten the length.

I'll take a look at the header.

If you go in and edit the components of the "book an inspection" page you can set the width and max length. Make sure that the check box for the default value is unchecked for default values.

Okay, the "book an inspection" page is fixed, I cannot believe I missed that after scanning it so many times. *sigh* Also, I think I have the upload service set right, I think... lol

Try uploading a sample report with yourself as the client email address just to make sure!
