I agree, and it could become part of the inspection report.

Actually, I think D has it set up for that possibility in HIP, tho I've never explored it.
More interested in it being part of the site, where I can direct people to it.
If it then can be imported into the report, so much the better!

The payment with a contract before it is coming. Right now you could actually create a webform and add in your contract text in between the fill ins and have it all emailed to you (wouldn't be a pdf, it would just be the entire email). Soon enough though HIP, reports, contracts and payments will all be tied together with the websites.

I'm willing to take a stab at it; I don't see a tutorial for webforms (I think I do better with step by step typed than animated, BTW).  Is there a tutorial for that, floating around somewhere?  I'm not sure I trust my intuition to start from scratch.
If not, I'll just bide my time for a while.

Not yet, its pretty straightforward though. My main focus right now is implementing a method to allow you to replace all the images on the themes.

If I need a break a little later I'll write somethin up. Though I have 3 animated tutorials started as well.
