I was just having a realtor take a look at my template and give me feed back. She made a very important point that I thought I would be remiss if I dedn't share with everyone. Some of the Templates refer to a whirlpool tub as a Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi is a brand. If the tub you are inspecting is not made by Jacuzzi and you refer to it as a Jacuzzi, you could be sued and need to provide a Jacuzzi tub.
Not to bash lawyers but this kind of thing has happened and if the easy fix it to use "whirlpool" not "Jacuzzi" well.... |
