John, the documents aren't in the template file so whatever you see when you generate the report was from documents already in HIP. Check under Edit Documents and you will find them there.

I checked in the Edit Documents and they aren't there. I checked every single a couple of times and couldn't find them. The other weird thing is they seem to be connected to the Exterior section. Whenever I move the Exterior section down or up the docs move with that section. Do you have his template on your computer? Can you get take off those documents? Thanks

Documents don't exist in templates so I can't take it off. Give the office a call or jump on live chat and the guys can help you out.

In any event I like the wording as it is something like I would write myself.
