Notes don't have an effect.
Where are you trying to import them from? |

Just dragging them from my regular template.
Instead of a big list of notes on each page which helps find my many various saved text comments I am removing tabs to create fewer pages in the report while having the same number of essential comments. Material comments cause me to add sections to the report with no issues and this is my workaround. I have separate pages for individual appliances in the kitchen for example: and to comment the fridge has a waterline must at present produce a report page titled Fridge. This means each appliance has its own page with material comments. My goal is to simply as example:have all appliance material comments on one page titled appliances. I have that title now for a section but use it to simply list what appliances and then move to the each appliance page for material comments. |

Below is a photo image of what I want to do .
Notice I have the first three tabs on one page titled General comments. I want to insert all those material comments into dropdowns so I can have every tab in the picture with its comments fit onto general comments and it would be a massive list without dropdowns. If you count above you will see it is 16 tabs from Roof type to Attic. My image shows comments from the first 3 tabs. I want those all in a single dropdown. What is the fastest way for me to do this for the entire report. (import,shift/copy,etc.) Must I open a second copy and add them one at a time at this point ? Forum added backwards so look at the second graphic which shows the three tabs in Blue with comments below them. |

I'm pretty sure you will have to create a new drop down and add them one at a time.

Thats what I was afraid of.
Seems like a good way to concentrate material comments and get them out of the way for investor types to me. |
