Roy, everyone will have some typos. Make sure to use spellcheck and read everything over as you're using the template if this is the one you like! Remember you can always customize them yourself too.

I got as far as the heating system and the Recirc. pump. You called it satisfactory, or "serviceable" and then threw a big limitation right after it. That's a pretty big reporting error. Either you can verify it works, or you can't. If there are any limitations at all, you cannot give a satisfactory rating.

Just constructive criticism on your report writing...take it for what it's worth.

After messing with this template it appears to be missing a few things.

Roy, even two inspectors living 2 miles from each other won't have identical templates. If there's something you like you can add it via Edit Template. If there's something you don't let, delete it. There's many extremely thorough templates out there too.

Hate to say it but many of the templates are not that Hot Roy so just use them for inspiration as creating them is easy.
