Got it! When I saw the circle with the line through it I stopped, thinking it wouldn't work. You have to keep going and that circle turns into a rectangle and it moves.

Glad you got it working! It's got the circle with the line through it when you hover over the items you can't drop it onto. That lets people know what they can/can't do.
