The client had their own inspector, so I ended up out of the loop. The guy has been inspecting along time (15 + years). The 2nd guy also has 15 + years, and was wonder why his business was down. We have more and more guys switching from 3D and HomeGauge which have this feature and guys have become accustomed to it. So I'm to go ahead and add it in as an option. Though, I agree. I've seen some 10+ page summaries when photos are included, but everyone gets to style HIP the way they want. That's the beauty of it, flexibility!
