TOPIC: New template that goes system by system

I love looking at that page Dan!! I need to remind guys that ask me about the difference to look there as you make it clear with the same report in each.

Sometimes I think about what if?
What if I simply did the summary report and sent all the required SOP material comments as video or audio ?
Would it shorten the report?
Would it feel as if something was missing?
Would the clients like it or hate it?

Most states have specifically states the SOP items must be WRITTEN out. So video/audio can only be backup.

I'm unable open and view this template. It would be a bonus for a noob.
