Actually you could save a client template with nothing but illustrations slotted in their proper tabs.
Same way you save other different types ,if you are already doing so. The catch is you always need to remember to save an extra copy . I am working on trying to do that in my docs right now and reviewing the add doc pictures section if I can find that thread. |

Hey Bob-
Great thought (Bobs always come through) and gets me thinking in a whole new direction-I'm not sure what you meant about having to save an extra copy though--can you expand on your answer a bit? Thanks-DrBob |

What I meant is that you can't save pictures already picked in a template.
You would need to create it as a client then always have an extra copy made before you actually use it. If you make one copy and use it, the pre illustrated pseudo template will be gone as part of that next inspection unless you make sure to always keep at least 2 copies of it. Example: Make a report with a good framing illustration and place it in ROOF/Structure section. Great ,now you can save a copy and name it . Go to use it in a report though and you can never use it again, since if you copy the template after the fact ,you would also be copying the client pictures and info from that individual report. Solution is to have multiple copies of the pre loaded report before you use it. |

Bob ,I just found a cool way to make pics appear 4 times larger or any size actually.
If you have photoscape free software you can instantly split a picture or illustration in to equal parts. here is the trick. Keep a 75% aspect ratio. Explanation.... 1000x750 800x600 To do this you can simply change the canvas size. By maintaining the aspect ratio I just gave you 4 pictures on a single page will blend in close enough that they appear as one image. Explanation... Think of a sports bar where they take multiple screens and have them side by side to form a giant screen. |
