Well here's the revised template and PDF with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For some reason the order the areas appear in the PDF and in the template aren't the same. Any suggestions? Dom, I took your suggestions about specifying the different areas between the Home 1 and Home 2 and it worked out real well, Thanks.

Go to Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order to rearrange the sections.
