No you don't check use as caption unless you want the two drop down boxes (i.e. Appliance->Dishwasher) to actually be your caption.

You can type in the caption in the box below the photo or you can click the bottom drop down box and it'll have comments there IF you had made comments in the sections you selected in the top.

OK, so if I choose an item on the left menu and the right menu, and type a description under caption I should be fine, right?

In the right drop down, those items come from the report?

Yup, they come directly from the report. If you added to the report it would appear there.

I saved a copy to my documents because, I don't know how to bring the report back up again. I saved it like you said also, but not sure how to bring it up again.

Nice job considering you'd never messed with it before. I'm glad to hear you like the final product so much. Tomorrow you'll be done in 3 hours and it'll keep getting shorter from there each time you use it.

53 pages is quite long. Was the place in bad shape? Did you end up using all 80 photos?

If you save inspection to the default place, it'll open there when you click open inspection later. Your probably talking about the PDF which is fine. By default it's in C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Client Reports (if you browse to it from my computer you can right click on the folder and send a shortcut to your desktop.

Don't forget to share your first report

I saved it under the last entry closest to the end of the report, so I don't know if it is still there.
