I wonder what the wall looks like under there no doubt they will blame the problem on the stucco.

Dang ..why not just use the downspout alone at that size.

Since I have you here , are there ever any exemptions to needing coping flashing on a roof?

In this case it was concrete coping at a parapet wall asphalt roof intersection in the middle of a building.

Even a kickout diverter would have helped.  imo
