No matter what the house looks like the land would be worth more that $1k!!! You could do whatever you wanted with it at that point and still make money on it! Hey John, I use to be one of those. Wait till you start paying all those fees, and mls dues, and continuing education. Congrats on the passing though. Most real estate tests are very tough.
