TOPIC: Water heater lacks TPRV but has unusual plumbing configuration

Well I learned something new. You Cali folks have strange ways. lol

I believe...(but not positive) that's LA doesn't allow this anymore.  Michael, I just had a client from Cook County buying a home in St. Charles.  He was a union electrician, and had never seen Knob-n-tube and never worked with Romex.

How did he never use Romex? I see it all the time.

He only works in Cook county and Chicago. He's actually the 2nd electrician I've come across who never used Romex
