Hey Jeffrey--
The incoming lines as well as all of the interior lines were copper. From what I remember he continually was cleaning the screens as he reported "they got clogged again as soon as he cleaned them"--I don't know if the problem has gone away over time but I intend to sak him--More later |

Bob, a standard procedure when de-winterizing the water system, is to remove all screens and flush the system completely. I'm guessing he did the de-winterizing himself, and wasn't aware of this step. It's not just about turning the water back on. Hopefully he doesn't have any concealed leaks. Also, recommend he have the WH drain spigot replaced, and flush out the tank. If the WH is electric, have the sacrificial anode checked/replaced, as well as the heating elements, at that time.
