TOPIC: Cat infested home

IF this cat person had many litter boxes (some cats don't like sharing) and kept the boxes clean (most cats don't like dirty litter boxes) and the cats healthy, the smell may just be the smell of the litter boxes and the smell of the cats themselves.  In that case the house may be a good deal because the smell should be gone after replacing the carpet, drapes etc and giving the place a paint job.  You won't know with out ripping out the carpet though. 

...And yes, if you don't have your eyes wide open you won't get the full effect.  Your eyes will hardly tear up with squinty eyes.

Filling the house with 30 wet dogs should replace the cat small pretty quickly.
