TOPIC: Mositure Meters

Will I would definitely call them for that meter.  I will stick my neck out and say there are calibration points in that meter.  At the minimum there are little weights on the meter movement that can move when dropped.

Ive always heard good things about those meters.  But I don't want an analog meter.  I'm looking for a good non destructive digital meter for my tool collection.

What digital meter are you using now John?

I don't have one yet.  I am looking for one.  I've been looking around to see whats out there and get an idea of whats good and whats not.  Most of the meters I find have the destructive pins in them.  I don't want something that's going to poke holes in peoples houses.

Ya I don't see a huge need for one.  But I do feel I need one if I do an IR inspection and I come across something that looks like a wet spot I want to be able to tell my customer that it is indeed a wet spot. 

Other than that, most of the time the damage is already done and you know it was a wet spot.  lol
