I will when I've used it a couple more time.  I want to test it out before I post it.  I have only had a chance to use it once.  I've been thinking of adding disclaimer sections to it also.

John - looking over the template, I have a couple of questions (I am looking at the pdf, as the tpz would not open for me - the tpz may answer my questions):

1.  What do you do in each room?  Does each have separate identifiers for systems, problems, contents, etc?
2.  Is there a section that identifies the systems and components of the house?  By that I mean type of roof, plumbing, electrical - kind of heating, cooking, windows - amount of electrical service - type of foundation - many more things as recommended by the various associations --  etc?

I'm looking forward to your testing and final product!  Looks great!

Hey Jay you have to save the tpz file to your computer to see it.  Save it with all your other template files in your "Data" file.  Then start your Home Inspector Pro. Then click on open template, Then click on New Design Template.

To answer your questions, yes, yes, yes. 

If you see that I have missed something let me know. 

My goal with this template is to organize by each room.  And keep the statements short and readable.

That would require Jay installing Home Inspector Pro first. He's been using another program for the last decade. Right now he just has a HIP website
