If you have a friend i the HVAC biz, have them shoot you some cash and put there name in as a contact to call for the furnace cleaning and balancing of the air system and handler. also do the same with a roofing/gutter contractor.
They can help split the bill for the printing expence and you can do the drop offs.
They get mention but pay for you to print and deliver.
If you know them and feel confortable recommending them them do so here.
imho

Ohhhh look at the good ideas come rolling.  I like that!!!  I do know quite a few people that do just about everything.  I could even do that with my website and get it paid for every month!!!  Charge the roofer, electrician, plumber, HVAC $5 a month to have a page on my website.  :D  Come on with smore ideas.  Don't hold back.

Hey Dave, what is the upload service you are using for the newsletters?  How does it work - do you get them the email addresses of your posts or do they, as a service, research that and zap you to realtors in the area?  Lemmino!  Thanks,  Jay

Jay

What I did is create a sample report with HIP and used the PDF merge program.

I uploaded the report to myself using a modified client data.

I then forward to the agent and attach the newsletter and gift checks.

This way the agent gets to see how the upoad service works.

I am emailing seperate to the 25-50 agents that use me.

I could send you an email to see what it looks like.

You could also add the newsletter to the sample an upload but I think it would get lost.

Oh, I thought it was a "service" that you were using that had a database of gafilliions of agents in the area and you could zap stuff to them via the service.

Didn't know - you're the service!

Anyway, it sounds like a good plan.  Bringing in the sheaves!
