TOPIC: Report Delivery Method Question

I have reduced my cost significantly over the years, but improved the quality of my product.

I used to  spend way to much time and money on my binder. Now it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare each binder.
Dominic would be able to relate as he remembers as I would ask him a lot of questions.

I used to print about 30 pages of material that is all now links, attachments or illustrations.

Yup, I remember you spending like 20 minutes on setup for each inspection.

It was actually like 30-40 minutes, what a waste of time, money and paper.

I have come a long way in the last 2 years.

Was using AHIT and the craptop spending all day and night doing inspections and reports.

Now I use HIP on the Q, saving money and having time to do other things. Wife often says are you done with the report already.

She remembers my frustrations and Dom to. I think I was one of his most difficult inspectors to convert to HIP.

And most of the issues where with a crappy computer with lousy software (Ahit)

Great info David, I really appriciate it.  I also have had dom help me with getting my Shi&^%^&T together.  He is like a robot on support tickets and also the phone.  Actually you also have given me a ton of great advice and insight, hopefully I can return the favors.

If I can save you time and money by not making the same mistakes I did then I figure I am doing you some good.

The home inspection report is the most important piece of information that your client, agent recieves.
