TOPIC: A Disaster Under Construction

I have often seen where builders or their contractors will change architectural plans during construction because they think the plans to be stupid.  Obviously this contractor was not so inclined!

And yes, they are ONLY interested in making it past that warranty.  I do a lot of one-year inspections and am finding that the builders are conducting them around the 11 month time frame and settling the warranty at that time!  So I tell my clients to call me about month 10!
