2. Looking at the AVERAGE price per inspector in your area, what is their price per square foot (divide your price by square footage to get): $0.15 sq./ft.
3. How much extra for a crawlspace: $25.00
4. How much extra for a pool: N/A
5. How much extra for a radon inspection:$125.00
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: N/A
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra:50 miles

Nice idea but fat chance the banks will pay anything near what we all would like to get for one of these inspections. These guys are notorious for lowballing this work. I currently do this type of work for a couple of different companies and they pay very little. They want a full inspection and report for less than $20 usually. They are all about getting the maximum amount of information for the absolute lowest price possible.

4. How much extra for a pool: N/A
5. How much extra for a radon inspection: N/A - not advertised yet
6. How much extra for a termite inspection: N/A - not advertised yet
7. How far are you willing to drive before charging extra: 50 miles
8. How much would you charge to drive outside that range:$0.68 per mile - $50/hr for travel time

1. Central Ohio
2. $.15 per square foot
3. $40.00 crawl
4. Dont do pools at this time  Sub them out
5. Radon would be $75.00 requires state license
6. Sub out termite
7. 75 Miles 
8. $50.00 trip charge

Depending on the scope of the inspection everything can be negotiated of course.  Would love to be kept up to dae on how this goes.
