TOPIC: Heaters in the attic....checking filter

David - I see that all the time.  I put a generic comment on my report about how the filter may or may not have been examined due to condition of the unit, access or other reasons.  It is advised that the filter be replaced or cleaned once a month.

I also point out to the buyers that since the filter is difficult to access, it is a good idea to change the return covers to the ones that allow the filter to be placed there, making access and cleaning so much easier.  It necessitates more than one filter however!
