TOPIC: Clients Can Now View Inspection Reports on YOUR Website!

Hi Guys,

Great news! We've added a long awaited feature that no other software or website host has. You can now upload reports directly through Home Inspector Pro or the Home Inspector Pro Report Uploader Program (for non HIP software users, that use our websites) and the client will be directed to a page on YOUR website to view the report. What's the advantage? Clients will now be redirected back to YOUR site, increasing your site traffic and your rankings. This is a new addition to our report upload service.

How do you get started?
1. At this time, you must be using our website hosting service for this to work (we'll work on expanding to other sites in the future).

2. You obviously need to be using our report upload service. Even though all users receive 3 months free of this, we've extended this way beyond the 3 months until we finish up our credit card integration which should be finished soon as well.

3. You need to log into the Home Inspector Pro site, www.homeinspectorpro.com . If you're just using the trial version or are a website only user, you can register on the site as a Free Forum user. If you're using another software program, then download Home Inspector Pro, but just use the separate report upload program (works with any software that creates PDF's).

4. Once you are logged into the Home Inspector Pro site, click on My Account->Reports and check the box to enable the external reports website feature. Enter in your website address (i.e. www.mysite.com ). There's also an option to choose the color of the font that will show on your site. Click the help button for common colors.

5. Last, you MUST email us to let us know to enable this service on your site immediately after enabling this service. We must enable the service manually on all current sites on our end (future sites have it enabled automatically).

Upload a few test reports and you'll see in the email verification that the link takes you back to your own site!! Note , this only works for clients at this time, not agents.

No problem Terry. Make sure you're participating in our link exchange program (see the SEO section). That will boost your rankings a LOT too.

Make sure to email me once you enable it and enter your info so I can enable it on your site.

If anyone is not using our website hosting, but their sites support PHP let me know and we can test out a method to get it to work on your website.

I can see this will be a great asset! will this also create a page for every report we create thus increasing the size of our site as well, (another great seo tip)?
