I used to be a Realtor back in the day , if the Realtor complains tooo bad .. I am working for my clients not the Realtor .. I have only been inspecting for a couple of years now and I know some Realtors don't like my detailed reports ... I prefer to sleep at night knowing my client has all the information purchasing a property ... in my experience some Realtors think looking at 50 pages of the report is too much work , while I have lots of other Realtors that care about their clients and prefer the detailed reports I try to generate. These are the kind of people I prefer to work with any way so it kinda works out in the wash for me .
