TOPIC: Speedy report writing

Problem is that you'd lose any new narratives since saving the template would never affect the 'field notes' report as it would maintain its own template.

I do have a feature on the to-do list to allow comments to be pre-selected on a template though.

How's that working for you Bob? Did you get a template done that works that way. I know you were working on it.

I did start one last week but I just bought the new computer (desktop) (comes with a 20 mile radius wireless router connected the pull out tablet)ok just kidding on the latter.


Anyway I may wrap that up soon as it would speed things up.

Getting materials all in one section for me might cut down on many pictures that are not needed and save time.

I would use this method for older homes and commercial primarily.

I have been at this for a couple years now and I have never had any trouble with a client because I didn't write in the report that everything was "okey-dokey".

I write my report with the assumption that everything is okay unless I talk about it.

State regulations say that I must report certain things, but I don't find that requirement to take up more than two minutes in the report writing process (if that).

But I'm not really with your state law...

I didn't see a sample report on your website.

I looked at Bob's report and I see a lot of "describe and report".
Is this something required by your state?
There's a state law specifically to you each component that must be listed?
