I am seeing on a number of websites images of $100 bills and the catch phrase of "free inspections", "free money", ect.
For example, this site is involved in the website of the month vote. http//www.InvestigateMyHome.com (sorry Joel I did vote for you though) They call them "Loyalty Rewards Programs". Whats the deal with them? More important is the catch. ???
