Today I was speaking with a realtor following an inspection and I told her about all of you, as a group of professionals, that I speak with regularly. "We share professional inspector 'stuff' et al." She's used me only once before, twice now, and she says she'd rather deal with me from now on. I overheard her saying to the client's sister, "He's a little more than others but well worth the money because he's so thorough."

I just believe we're good people, living good lives.
