My position is going to be that we do not have 2 years experience in VA schools, but together we have (30, 40, 50 whatever) many years experience as a group of certified inspectors.

Also, I am dealing with some bureaucrat in Richmond. I will say that we will offer to become his team to do these all over Northern VA schools.

Going back outside to think now...
