The problem here is they have an exact need. I'd look at what your exact time and costs are going to be an make sure you're making around $75 an hour and bid it. I am going to do that. I am thinking of offering a 2-day test, or a 5-day test, with different prices for each. Also, I think there should be a 1: 10 duplicate and a 1: 20 blank, with about 3% for spiking (done in a lab, to test my results against an independent lab). Those have to be charged for too.

When they see all the things I want to do to insure accurate results, they may go with me.
