That's simply a resale of the "CLUE" report which your client can obtain for free from their licensed insurance agent.  The owner of the property is also entitled to a copy for free each year.

The insurance companies own the information and database which is administered by www.choicetrust.com

When I take the order from the client, particularly on REO's I advise them to obtain the "CLUE" report.  Some agents here in California order it as part of the "Hazards Disclosure".  In any case, its great if the client has it for the inspection.  We can then check out any problem areas which are disclosed on the report.  If the agent orders the inspection, I speak to the client about "CLUE" reports at time of inspection and include verbiage regarding same in the report.  I put hot links throughout my report including www.choicetrust.com for example.
