TOPIC: Flashlight with $100 budget?

Can anyone recommend a good flashlight with rechargeable batteries? I have a budget of $100

I updated my ultra stringers (3) to the smaller brighter Strion Led(2)and would advise purchasing one of the strions but it would be a slightly over the $100.
If interested I could sell you one of my ultra stringers and we could work out a price. I can post picks of both for you.
I would also advise you purchasing a head lamp as well, the stringers are good and the one I have has lasted numerous years.

Does the Strion come with batteries and a charger? Or do I buy separately?
