The FLUKE camera under 4K is a good camera.  It is more bulky than the FLIR
model and about $500 less.  I prefer the FLIR because the brand name sells better.

We teach about liability issues in our class.  It all depends on how you communicate
and manage your clients expectations.

Also... remember this one thing... if you do not buy an infrared
camera... your competion will.  It is coming to a town near you.

If you do just 10 infrared inspection per month at $150 each,
it will take 3 months to pay for your IR camera and training.
It pays for itself.

Our Class = $500

In talking with others and reading around, 80 x 80 pix detector resolution is NOT good enough to use in our field.  We need 120 x 120 at the minimum.

You are correct.

Please stay with at least 120x120 resolution for doing home inspections.
