Magic eraser works great for erasing grease pencil.

Windex takes a lot of elbow grease.

I've tried those routes, and somehow still come back to pre-printed paper for foul weather.
A local Dollar Store had flexible plastic (lightweight!) clipboards; I clip it on there & have it on a lanyard around my neck.  With snow etc I can just "drop it" & focus on outlet testers, cameras, etc.
All those, BTW, are also attached to me- actually, to my vest.  Ever see military survival vests, with everything tied on?
I've gone from wearing a 5.11 (CC) vest to a Cabela's fishing vest; pockets galore, easy weight distribution, everything in its place.

Jay, I wish I could remember the name of the Scout Camp back in VA . . . Must have been in the Tidewater area.  I was an Ass't SM with a troop when I was in the USAF at Langley.  The SM was a Captain / Fifgter Pilot  in our squadron- F-15's.
Anyway, during that week or weekend or whatever (1976) I was supervising the shooting range, teaching them to build solar (water) stills, etc.  Had a great time with them!

Question, where do you find those grease pencils David?

I am a kind of Narrative guy and see that HIP has limited room for narrative explanation in lieu of just Cabinets= wood. Good, Fair, Poor, and so forth. If they are poor, I like to say why and not just make a check mark.
Can this be edited or expanded to my taste.

And eventually David, I will have to change the title of my blank sheets, it still says ACME Inspection Company.  ;D

Marcel, your narratives can be as long as you want them to be. Literally, unlimited length. Click Edit Comments and click Add to add a new narrative, or double click any current narrative to edit it. Save Template at the end to make it permanent. Turn off the ratings if you don't want them there.

Marcel, didn't I send you a license to load into the program a few months back?
