Update,  I signed up yesterday and spent about 6 hours studying and setting it up am I am still not close to being able to use it yet.  It is a crazy powerful tool and so far it has exceeded my expectations.

No not yet.  I have been watching their how to videos and experimenting with the system using myself as the client and Realtor to see what type of emails and notifications I can create.

Does ISN have an answering system? Anyone using it? Are there other similar services out there? I am so busy that I need someone who can answer phones for me and quote inspections. Is this a service that they provide? I don't want to purchase other services that i don't need.

No but they 100% integrate with Americas Call Center which DOES answering your phones. They do an AWESOME job.
