That's exactly what it is!!!  But can we call it pre sale inspection and still get the eye catching neck popping reaction you would when saying its certified?  And still get the same service that the site gives?

I'm not sure how the experience is when trying to find a specific report using your report upload service, but could it be set up so certain reports can be viewed by anyone?

I could make a page on my site where they enter the address they want to look up, if the report is open to the public, they can view it.

Then I could just go make my own sign with my own verbage and not worry about the liability!!!

Exactly. You can make your own page on your website and link to the reports that you've hosted on our upload service with the client url you get for verificiation (which is a direct link).

I'll tackle this a little more when I get the c/c's set up and my E&O going.  They are both dragging their feet.  And I still need to get some business coming in!!! 

I just started doing the Move in Certified inspections.

I have done 3 the last 2 weeks.

2 of the homes were in above average condition.
1 home was in poor condition as the home owner was murdered.

Now the move in certified states there are no major systems in need of immediate repair and no known safety hazards.

I placed 2 yard signs for the homes above average as I was confident that the few safety issues would be corrected.

The poor condition home I did not place the sign and discussed with sellers that if the address all the issues I would be glad to reinspect and then place the sign for them.

I did refer them no numerous specialist and was called by one of them the explain about a exterior gas leak. So they appear to be using my report to prepare to sell the house.

I think it is a good idea. You have to use your judgement.

You can create your own brochure and yard sign and whatever else you think off.

There are a few things I would do different.

Like it states the home sells in seconds. (I don't think so) Would sell faster but in seconds!!

I still need to add a page to my website.

Hmmm  I think I'm still on the fence on this one.  Seems every time I turn around I start to change my mind whether I want to do this or not.

Well I've done it!  I decided to do the Move In Certified Inspections.  I decided I have to do whatever it takes to get inspections coming in right now!
