Hahaha. You easterners can keep your freezing weather and hurricanes. The little 5.4 centered 10 miles from my house wasn't much. I just want to make sure I move north before the big one comes!

We aren't worried about the "Big One..."

Hurricanes this north just replenish the dry reservoirs...  then we, unlike you southern CA'ers, have something to drink and bath in...  we water our gardens...  wash our cars...  you know, life in general.  We call it water.

We have water. We pipe it in from thousands of miles away

Yeah, but our ground don't shake, our mud don't slide and our neighborhoods don't burn every year... well, parts of DC did in 1968, but that was another matter...
