I never used Nachi's list. I only downloaded it. I am no fan of mass emails unless they are clients. I have spoken to a few agents that said they don't really pay attention to marketing emails from inspectors.
I would rather go hijack an Open House. Then get contacts from there to send a newsletter to.
If you want to meet agents, join a local realtor's association and attend meetings, or sponsor a hole at one of their Golf outings.
