That's quite a difficult spot to get into when a breaker trips!

Nice, I love it when the home owner has to get the aluminum ladder out to throw the juice to the panel in the garage. And talk about spacious. How much clearance is there in the front? 5 to 10 inches?

2.5" clearance.  When I went into the garage it was dark, I looked to see if the front of the door was clear, but not the track on that side.  As the door opened from the far side of the garage it looked as though contact would occur.  The tenants told use they use to hang clothes on the track to dry, but when the kids closed the door it shut the breakers off when traveling by.

Substandard clearance at 2.5", height at almost 7' above floor, circuits not labeled, exposed 120v wiring, possible damage from adjacent mechanical equipment, compromised fire wall, "Zinsco" equipment and this ended up being a bootlegged sub panel supplied from another original "Zinsco" 50 amp panel at the rear exterior wall of the structure.

Call "Sparky" pronto....
