The thing that got him the most excited about Virginia is our concealed carry permit laws! I showed him my card and he just lit up! I invited him down to the NRA range and he about split! If you happen to miss your high CA taxes, and long for the over regulation, there is always NJ. ;D Yeah the 9.5% state income tax in CA (top tax bracket is for anyone over $40k) and sales tax are just nuts.
