I got a call from a client just this afternoon about the sellers Realtor (who was at the inspection), she was telling my client flat out lies. I was pissed when I heard this. Told my client that I don't make amendments to my report and told him to start keeping notes when ever he has a conversation with this lady. I told him that if she continues to lie, to turn her in to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission. I put my client at ease and he is happy again.
