Without a doubt an unethical Realtor, and in fact that would be illegal in quite a few states. I know it would be in Illinois right next to you, but I'm not sure about WI. I'd call David Nice and ask to find out, he should know.

Definately a realtor that goes on "the list"    What a joker...I know things are tough right now, but does this guy have no clue about building a good rep?  I've always been told, you'll tell 10 people about a bad experience vs. 1 person about a good experience...your impression is always so important in this business.  Way to stand your ground Ian...

I have a friend checking into the legality of this Dom. Just really torqued me for some reason. Must be the long days I have been putting in. Twon months ago, this wouldn't have even phased me.

Definitely a shady realtor, but great idea to drive traffic. If you would have just asked everyone to click on your site we would have.  ;D
