Good point Davin. The price points we experienced at the peak in 06' were caused by a completely false demand brought on by giving mortgages to everyone weather they qualified or not. With a strong dollar, high employment, massive immigation and uncontrolled mortgage portfolios being securitized and sold as bonds around the globe, many economists wonder if housing will ever recover to those levels.

I think it would be difficult in your area. I think the Cali economy will play a huge roll in whether the housing market comes back or not. And it doesn't look pretty from what I see. Government needs to realize they cant just spend spend spend. Unfortunately, they aren't getting it as of yet.
