I'm always looking for fresh news content regarding the housing industry for posting at "International Real Estate Network Group" on Linkedin. In doing so, I stumbled across this article:

I don't see why you couldn't do it.. I get letters in the mail all the time from businesses offering to do this. It wouldn't make sense to offer it to someone you're doing an inspection for, it's the people that bought in at $450,000 and are now appraised at $250,000 that this makes a huge difference for. It's an easy process, just not one that many people realize they can pursue.

I don't think it would be big money here. Our housing prices didn't go crazy here so our housing market is still fairly good. Unemployment I think is going to cause a few problems though. But it does sound like a good idea.
