Just HI.. I checked with 3 other companies and nothing close to this offer. These guys  included the GL and its with LLondon which I have had all along. If you apply online you will get a 1M quote as a default. Call Ryan and he will get you started. There application was the easiest I have come across. This is my 3rd year inspecting and I am only inspecting for a handful of great Realtors. I should really hang up the shingle but its allot of fun.
